The Delivery
Pam's contractions begin but she and Jim are determined to wait it out as long as possible so they can have more time at the hospital. Meanwhile the rest of the office tries to distract Pam from the pain with food and entertainment. Michael anxiously waits for Pam and Jim's baby to be born. Back at the office, Erin makes Andy jealous when she has lunch with Kevin. _________________ Jim: Just give me one second. I'm just gonna grab something to eat.

Really good birth episode. I mean having a baby has been done by so many series. I am glad they found a new way to make it entertaining (not latching, male lactation consultant). Jim's mumbled 'encouragment' during that scene was great. And Andy and Erin finally have a date. Lots of stuff going on. Good episode, 8 outta 10 _________________ Oh, the Anti-Christ!

I give it an 8 as well. Really good episode. It wasn't necessarily the funniest moment ever, but I don't think I've ever laughed harder during the show than when Dwight started throwing all the weapons out of his car.
And I'm seriously thinking about changing my s/n to "Scranton Strangler."
Good to see Andy and Erin finally get together. She's becoming one of my favorite characters.
Hate to lodge a complaint after all this but from the "not realistic department": It kind of bothered me that most of the coworkers were at the hospital but we only see two family members. _________________ Hey brah, I've been meaning to ask you, can we get some Red Bull for these things? Sometimes a guy's gotta ride the bull, am I right? Later skater.
No arms or legs is basically how you exist right now, Kevin. You don't do anything. |

Overall a good episode, although Pam refusing to go to the hospital got annoying after awhile.
Favorite moments: the newspaper headline "Scranton Strangler Strikes Again", Meredith saying "Like Clooney!", Dwight sleeping in PB&J's bed with no pants on.
Looking forward to the next new episode, which have been few and far between in 2010. _________________ I hate hospitals. In my mind they are associated with sickness. |
